Design, build, and deploy production grade machine learning and analytics solutions using a modern AI and data science platform Take ownership of customer engagements, working directly with complex datasets from initial exploration through operational deployment Translate ambiguous mission needs into clear technical approaches and scalable data products Develop models and analytics pipelines that integrate with large scale data ecosystems and cloud based data platforms Collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are reliable, explainable, and impactful Qualifications
Active TS SCI security clearance with willingness to work in secure facilities as required Based in or near Washington DC or Northern Virginia with the ability to access SCIF locations Ability and willingness to travel regularly to client sites and military installations Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a closely related field At least three years of experience writing production quality Python code Strong experience with the Python data ecosystem including libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and visualization tools Hands on experience deploying machine learning models into live production environments Experience working with relational and non relational databases such as SQL, NoSQL, search engines, or graph systems Solid understanding of version control workflows using Git or similar tools Practical experience with containerization or orchestration technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive work forward independently Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills in English Nice to Have
Experience leading or coordinating data science projects within a SCIF environment Background in cyber analytics including network traffic analysis, PCAP data, vulnerability analysis, or related domains Experience integrating analytics systems with distributed processing frameworks such as Spark, Dask, Snowpark, or Kafka Exposure to workflow orchestration tools or scheduling systems such as Airflow, Celery, or Prefect Experience building or supporting lightweight web applications or APIs using frameworks like Flask or Django Compensation And Benefits
