Lead Projects That Make an Impact
Manage small to medium‑sized initiatives across one or multiple business lines. Own the full project lifecycle — from initial planning to successful delivery and closure. Ensure every project supports clear business objectives and delivers measurable value. Bring Structure, Governance & Control
Establish the right level of project governance based on complexity and risk. Build detailed project plans, communication strategies, and milestone roadmaps. Keep delivery on track by managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies. Inspire and Guide High‑Performing Teams
Lead integrated teams across a matrixed environment, including internal staff and external vendors. Motivate team members, set expectations, and hold everyone accountable for results. Provide day‑to‑day leadership that keeps the project moving forward with purpose. Communicate With Clarity & Confidence
Deliver clear, concise status updates to stakeholders, sponsors, and program leadership. Present progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes in a way that builds trust and alignment. Foster strong relationships across technology, operations, and business teams. Champion Quality & Continuous Improvement
Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Resolve issues, remove roadblocks, and keep the team focused on critical path deliverables. Work creatively and analytically to solve problems and drive innovation. What You Bring:
Strong project management experience within IT or technology environments. Ability to navigate matrix organizations and manage vendor relationships (onshore/offshore). A balance of technical understanding and business acumen. A collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead, influence, and communicate effectively.
