The position also involves day to day maintenance of the CLM system and ad hoc reporting. It requires proficiency with either the current CLM (Icertis) or similar systems, knowledge of software improvement/implementation methodology, strong communication skills and a strong commitment to and affinity for delivering the highest level of customer service. Skills: Qualifications: Icertis experience and configuration/development preferred Project Management (PM) experience in Agile or traditional waterfall methodologies Strong track record for project management and process optimization. Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience at law firms or in corporate legal departments a plus Microsoft C# or other tech stack development experience is a plus Keywords: Education: B.A. in Information Systems or B.S.
