We're Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist & Content Creator

Do you have a knack for delivering exceptional customer service and love creating content? We're seeking a highly motivated, customer-oriented individual to join our team You'll have the unique opportunity to help clients, manage our salon's front desk, and create engaging social media content that reflects the vibrant Bnails brand.

Duties:
As our Front Desk Receptionist & Content Creator, you'll:

• Provide top-notch service, answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or resolve issues.
• Help customers book appointments and provide product information.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks.
• Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle customer complaints professionally or escalate when necessary.
• Create engaging content for our social media platforms, including videos, posts, and behind-the-scenes looks at the salon experience.

Skills:
To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to leave a lasting impression.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A flair for being on camera and creating compelling social media content.
• Proficiency in data entry and a keen eye for accuracy.
• Confidence in upselling products and services to boost sales.
• A professional, friendly phone demeanor and knowledge of phone etiquette.

• Expected Hours: 20 – 40 per week

• 4-hour shifts
• 8-hour shifts
• Day shifts
• Location: In person at Bnails Amarillo
