Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Azure Architect located in Malvern, PA. The Azure Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Azure-based solutions to meet business requirements. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining solution architectures, managing cloud infrastructure, overseeing software development processes, and ensuring seamless integration between systems. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions, keeping alignment with organizational objectives.

Main Skills

  • Azure Architect & Microsoft Fabric -3 yrs 

Experience:

- Total IT experience: 14+ years

- Financial Services or regulated industries experience preferred

Key Skills:

- Data platform architecture (8+ years)

- Microsoft Fabric or related Microsoft Data Stack (3+ years)

- Power BI Datasets, Semantic Models, and Direct Lake optimization

- Lakehouse architecture, Delta/Parquet formats, and data governance tools

- Azure-native services integration (e.g., Azure AI Foundry, Purview, Entra ID)

- Generative AI, RAG-based architecture, and Fabric Notebooks (preferred)

- Architecture and Architectural Design

- Software Development and Integration

- Project Management

Soft Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to adapt to emerging technologies

- Strong communication and team coordination skills
