Job Summary
We are seeking a personable and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing prompt, friendly, and professional service in a fast-paced environment. Experience with food handling, customer service, and Toast POS preferred. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast casual setting, contributing to memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting tables promptly to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings to assist guests effectively.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction.
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns professionally and courteously.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Toast POS
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities.
• Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or host/host duties is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2.13 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
