Job Overview
We are seeking a daytime bartender/ server. Shift is Monday-Friday 11am-6:30pm. Saturdays and Sunday's also available. Must be able to both bartend and serve. We're seeking a dynamic and personable BARTENDER / SERVER to join our hospitality team. This role involves providing exceptional service in a social club setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, proficiency with POS systems TOAST, and experience in beverage service. A background in hospitality will be advantageous to deliver a seamless experience for our guests. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced setting where professionalism and efficiency are valued.

Responsibilities

• Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
• Serve beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of customer service
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity
• Ensure compliance with safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, adhering to health regulations
• Assist in setting up for events, or special functions as needed
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, promoting sales and repeat business
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service delivery
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant, or hospitality industry; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Proficiency with POS systems
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
• Knowledge of safety standards
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, or special event hours as required
• Previous experience in serving, catering, banquet service, or brewing is desirable but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to foster guest satisfaction

Pay: $2.13 per hour
