Identify opportunities to generate new business through networking, referrals, and collaboration with the sales and operations teams Sell import and export freight services for all modes of transportation including ocean, air, and road Create customised pricing proposals and service packages, clearly outlining logistics solutions to meet specific client needs Build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted logistics advisor Meet with clients face to face Keep an eye on market dynamics, competitor strategies, and shifting customer demands to stay ahead of the curve Key Requirements
At least 2 years of sales experience within the freight forwarding industry (air, ocean and road transport) Proven ability to win new accounts and grow existing ones through strategic sales efforts Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate confidently and communicate clearly Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and managing time effectively Skilled in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
