Position Summary
We're looking for a driven Assistant Project Manager to join our Restaurant Facilities Services Group, supporting remodel and improvement projects for nationally recognized restaurant brands. In this role, you'll help manage a wide range of services—from repairs, upgrades, and equipment installations to flooring, parking lot repairs, dining room refreshes, and brand image enhancements.
You'll work closely with respected national restaurant clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, so professionalism, responsiveness, and a commitment to excellence are essential. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering a consistently outstanding client experience.

This position is based in our Alpharetta, GA office with our Facilities team, with the opportunity for a hybrid office/home schedule after onboarding and training.
What You'll Do
As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll support the successful delivery of restaurant remodel projects while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Clear, proactive communication with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Relationship-driven customer service, ensuring clients feel supported throughout every phase of construction
- Project organization and coordination, including reviewing drawings and documents, tracking costs and profitability, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Monitoring schedules, anticipating challenges, and helping resolve issues before they impact timelines
- Supporting future work opportunities by consistently delivering high-quality service
- Collaborating in a team-based environment to drive successful outcomes
Some travel is required.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3+ years of project management or related experience (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree a plus, but not required
- Ability to read construction plans and a solid understanding of construction sequencing and processes (preferred)
- Service-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering a Better Construction Experience
- Highly motivated, self-directed, adaptable, and resourceful
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—timely communication is critical to success
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at various stages
- Financially responsible with strong problem-solving skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic
- Enjoys building genuine relationships internally and externally
