B2B Wireless Sales Associate

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic B2B Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our b2b division, providing exceptional customer service while assisting b2b clients with their wireless needs. You will engage with customers, perform product demonstrations. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. This role is sales focused so having people skills is a must. We offer a generous 100% commission opportunity. This is a W-2 role offering 100% commission.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer engagement.
• Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly.
• Utilize basic math skills for processing sales transactions and managing inventory levels.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and promote store initiatives.
• Stay informed about new products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
• Manage territory effectively

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, b2b or a customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and understanding retail math concepts.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with our diverse customer base.
• A proactive attitude towards learning about products and sales techniques is essential.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required for stocking duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65, $95,000.00 per year
