We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated, driven, and coachable individuals who want a long-term opportunity with strong earning potential.
Position Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, guiding homeowners through the inspection and insurance claim process, and managing projects from initial contact through job completion. This is a high-activity, field-based role requiring strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to build trust with homeowners.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Canvassing
- Knock targeted neighborhoods to generate new opportunities
- Build rapport with homeowners and identify exterior storm damage
- Attend company-provided appointments and convert leads into inspections
Inspections & Insurance Process
- Conduct roof and exterior inspections (training provided)
- Document damage with photos and notes in CRM
- Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
- Assist with filing claims when appropriate
- Meet adjusters onsite
Sales & Project Management
- Present roofing solutions and sign service agreements
- Maintain communication with homeowners through each step of the project
- Work with office and production teams to ensure smooth project handoff
- Review material choices, colors, and upgrades with homeowners
- Follow up on job progress and assist with change orders if needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction and request reviews/referrals
CRM & Reporting
- Track leads, inspections, and pipeline progress in CRM
- Follow up consistently and maintain accurate records
- Hit weekly activity goals and monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Coachable and willing to follow a proven process
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Sales experience preferred but not required — we train the right people
