We're seeking a Landscape Project Manager to oversee landscape construction projects from start to finish—ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and to our quality standards. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in the field, communicates clearly, and knows how to drive crews, schedules, and profitability.

Job Summary

• Manage landscape construction projects from planning through close-out

• Coordinate crews (2–5 teams), materials, equipment, and schedules

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, operations, and office staff

• Track job costs, labor hours, and overall project performance

• Identify issues early and implement solutions to keep projects on track

• Manage and secure approval for change orders

• Ensure work aligns with plans, specifications, and company standards

• Conduct client walk-throughs, punch lists, and project close-out

• Promote a positive, accountable, team-oriented jobsite culture

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction or landscape projects (preferred)

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities simultaneously

• Comfortable reading plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Budget- and results-driven mindset

• Proficient with technology (Aspire, project management software, CRMs, Microsoft Office, or similar systems)

• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
  • Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude

Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary from $60,000+, with flexibility based on experience
