Carpenter Helper

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Carpenter's Helper to assist with residentialconstruction and remodeling projects. This position is ideal for someone interested in learning the carpentry trade and gaining hands-on experience in home construction, renovations, and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead carpenter on residential job sites
• Help with framing, trim, drywall, and general carpentry tasks
• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with demolition and job site prep
• Follow safety procedures and instructions at all times

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift 50+ lbs
• Reliable transportation to residential job sites is MANDATORY
• Punctual, dependable, and positive attitude
• Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus
• Residential construction experience is a plus
