Position Overview
As Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales growth and memberships, managing team performance, coaching and training a team to be high level sales and service performers, while ensuring the highest standards of service. This role requires a balance of leadership, business acumen, sales, and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate spa staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Oversee scheduling4040 and day-to-day operations
• Drive membership and retail sales through goal setting and accountability
• Manage inventory and ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked and prepared
• Recruit, train, and onboard new staff
• Monitor KPIs, track sales performance, and implement strategies for growth
• Handle guest concerns professionally to maintain client loyalty
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in spa, salon, hospitality, or retail industry (medspa experience a plus)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and wellness

Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 per year (depending on experience)
