Laundry Attendant

We're looking for reliable, friendly Laundry Attendants to join our team. You'll help keep the laundromat clean and welcoming, assist customers, and process wash-and-fold laundry orders with care and accuracy.

This is a great fit for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys staying busy.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
• Process wash-and-fold orders (weighing, washing, drying, folding, and packaging)
• Follow established procedures for sorting, detergent use, stain treatment, and folding
• Label and organize customer orders accurately to prevent mix-ups
• Maintain a clean, organized store at all times (machines, floors, counters, bathrooms)
• Empty dryer lint traps and perform basic daily safety checks
• Assist with simple machine troubleshooting and report maintenance issues
• Handle cash/POS transactions accurately
• Follow opening and closing checklists as assigned
• Uphold company standards for quality, cleanliness, and customer care

• Comfortable with cleaning tasks and physical work
• Able to stand, bend, and lift laundry bags (up to 50 lbs)
• Customer service or retail experience
• Prior laundry or hospitality experience

Schedule

We are hiring for both morning (7am–3pm) and evening (3pm–10pm) shifts, including weekends. Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Compensation & Benefits

• $15–$16 per hour, based on experience and performance

Work Environment

This role involves working around washers, dryers, detergents, and moving laundry throughout the shift. You should be comfortable working independently at times and interacting with customers regularly.
