Job Summary:
Become a key player in our operations as a Material Handler in Madison, Wisconsin! Responsibilities:
  • Receive, identify, count, and store incoming materials and products.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for outgoing shipment.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers.
  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies safely.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area, ensuring clear pathways and proper storage.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with physical counts and reconciliation.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Assist supervisors and colleagues with various tasks to support team goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a material handler or warehouse setting is desirable. Must be capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, and be active for the duration of the shift. Good understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management basics. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team. Commitment to workplace safety. Experience with basic warehouse machinery is a plus. Must be legally authorized to work in the US and pass a pre-employment background screening.
