Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas with incoming inventory.
- Pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently for shipment.
- Stage products for outgoing delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners as trained.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks as needed.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Must be able to handle Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to warehouse procedures.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
