Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves and locations based on order specifications.
  • Utilize RF scanners and other technology to locate and track inventory.
  • Ensure picked items match order details to minimize errors.
  • Transport picked items to the packing station or designated staging areas.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
  • Report any damaged or misplaced inventory promptly.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock checks when needed.
  • Operate pallet jacks or other equipment as required for movement of goods.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and accuracy of the order fulfillment process.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
  • Capacity for lifting items up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with RF scanning technology is a plus.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
