Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves and locations based on order specifications.
- Utilize RF scanners and other technology to locate and track inventory.
- Ensure picked items match order details to minimize errors.
- Transport picked items to the packing station or designated staging areas.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
- Report any damaged or misplaced inventory promptly.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks when needed.
- Operate pallet jacks or other equipment as required for movement of goods.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and accuracy of the order fulfillment process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Capacity for lifting items up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with RF scanning technology is a plus.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all guidelines.
