Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory appropriately.
- Pick items from warehouse shelves accurately based on order lists.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as needed.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety guidelines.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
