As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from inventory based on customer orders, ensuring that each order is complete and correct. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Navigate warehouse aisles efficiently to locate and retrieve items.
- Verify product information to ensure order accuracy.
- Transport picked items to designated packing or staging areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines.
- Operate equipment like pallet jacks as required.
- Use appropriate PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a warehouse or order picking role is advantageous but not required. Must be able to stand for extended shifts and perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential. Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations is a plus. We provide comprehensive safety training and expect all employees to actively participate in maintaining a secure workplace.
