Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in Raleigh, North Carolina. This versatile role is essential for the smooth operation of our distribution center, involving a range of tasks from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping preparation. We are looking for hardworking and dependable individuals who are committed to maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be a key player in our logistics network, ensuring that products move seamlessly through our facility.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare outgoing shipments for delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts – training may be provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle checks.
- Assist in maintaining the overall efficiency of the warehouse logistics.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse experience is a plus. Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds. Strong work ethic and reliability. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is beneficial. Understanding of general logistics operations. Commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE is mandatory. Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
