Job Summary:
Join our thriving logistics operation as a Fulfillment Associate in St. Louis, Missouri! This role is at the heart of our distribution center, responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive their products accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order fulfillment lists.
  • Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy before packing.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
  • Operate scanning equipment and update order statuses in the warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
  • Participate in inventory counts and stock management activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive warehouse environment.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Previous experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or similar role is advantageous. Familiarity with WMS is a plus. Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent time management skills. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes is helpful. Commitment to safety protocols and the proper use of PPE is mandatory. Must be a team player and possess good communication skills.
