Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our Orlando, Florida team! This role is essential for supporting our warehouse operations and contributing to the efficiency of our logistics department. Your duties will include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling customer orders, packing and shipping merchandise, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This position requires physical stamina for frequent Lifting , standing, and movement throughout the shift. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory and supplies.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE .
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
  • Perform tasks involving physical exertion and significant Lifting .
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics supply chain.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform manual Lifting and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the correct use of PPE .
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and logistics principles is a plus.
