Responsibilities:
- Transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and securing of materials.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery safely and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain storage areas, ensuring materials are accessible.
- Adhere to all Safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Perform routine checks on equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Material Handler or in a similar role.
- Valid forklift certification is a significant asset.
- Physical ability to handle significant Lifting, up to 60 pounds.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety standards and procedures.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
