Position Summary

Constellation HomeBuilder Systems is a dynamic and empowering environment comprised of motivated self-starters who enjoy the thrill of working at a fast pace. We are seeking an aspiring marketing professional who will support the planning and execution of our annual conference and online events.  We encourage you to apply for this exciting role if you are detailed-oriented, highly organized with the ability to multi-task in the day-to-day planning of high-profile industry and customer events. Role reports to the Events Manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and track CVENT event registrations and generate weekly reports for stakeholders
  • Collect and manage content for CVENT event management platform
  • Research vendors and pricing for decor, entertainment, local printers, and more
  • Generate ideas and posts for social media to promote events
  • Draft and schedule email campaigns for event promotions and reminders
  • Order gifts baskets for onboarding new customers
  • Administrative support for webinars and other related events

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Pursuing a relevant Degree in Business, Marketing or Certification in Event Planning
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of CVENT, Asana, SharePoint, - a plus but not required.

Salary Range (Ontario & BC Only):

The estimated base salary range for this role is CAD$ CAD$22.00 per hour.
