* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards using methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and SAFe.
* Develop comprehensive program roadmaps and project plans utilizing tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet to coordinate resources effectively.
* Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics while conducting root cause analysis for process inefficiencies.
* Manage project risks through proactive risk management strategies, including risk assessments, mitigation plans, and earned value management techniques.
* Oversee project teams by supervising team members, fostering a collaborative environment, and providing mentorship in project management best practices such as Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen.
* Coordinate vendor relationships and manage contracts to ensure deliverables meet quality standards while controlling costs through rigorous cost control measures.
* Utilize project management software like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or VersionOne for tracking progress, reporting status updates, and maintaining comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

* Extensive experience in project portfolio management with a strong understanding of the project management lifecycle from initiation to closure.
* Proficiency in various project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile (SAFe), Kanban, and Lean Six Sigma frameworks.
* Demonstrated leadership in supervising cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
* Expertise in requirements analysis, process mapping, business process modeling, and requirements management tools such as Visio or SharePoint.
* Strong data analysis skills coupled with experience in data collection and vendor management to support informed decision-making.
* Exceptional communication skills for effective meeting facilitation, negotiation with stakeholders, and technical writing for comprehensive reports.
* Familiarity with IT infrastructure projects involving ERP systems, Content Management Systems (CMS), or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools is preferred.
* Ability to manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project while applying risk management techniques aligned with PMBOK standards. Pay: $91,535.37 - $110,236.14 per year
