Your Impact
As a Materials Handler, you will ensure materials are accurately received, stored, and delivered to support production and customer orders. In this wrap shift role, your work is especially critical to maintaining continuity and throughput across extended operating hours as we scale.
Shift Information
This role works the Wrap Shift (Friday–Sunday, 7:00 am–7:00 pm) and includes a shift differential.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials, matching shipments to purchase orders
  • Own inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and timely updates in Epicor
  • Pull, package, and stage materials for production and customer orders using ERP pick lists
  • Load and unload trucks, palletize materials, and prepare shipments to prevent damage
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Partner with production, shipping, and inventory teams to keep materials flowing smoothly
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or materials handling role, preferably in manufacturing
  • Forklift experience required
  • Experience with ERP systems and basic computer and data entry skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow through on assignments
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Employees must be able to talk and hear, and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Vision requirements include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Work may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, electrical hazards, and high noise levels that require hearing protection.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the functions.
