Summary

We are seeking a Shipping Supervisor to join our dynamic team at NatureBell Inc. In this role, you will oversee shipping operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our high-quality products. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining efficient warehouse processes and enhancing our logistics capabilities.

Shift
10:30 am to 7 pm

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shipping operations to ensure timely dispatch of products.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in shipping and logistics.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff for optimal materials handling.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track shipments and inventory accurately.
• Lead a team of shipping personnel, providing training and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management or shipping supervision.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes and inventory management techniques.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other materials handling equipment safely.
• Excellent team management skills with a focus on training and development.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
