Are you Production Coordinator with prior experience working on 2D projects looking for your next opportunity? Our Vancouver studio is looking for an experience Production Coordinator to join the team on a new 2D production

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Provide updates, priorities, schedules, and status of all shots to artists and production leadership.
- Ensure Flow Production Tracking (FKA Shotgrid, Shotgun) statuses and task assignments are updated and maintained.
- Coordinate and package shot deliveries, including submission documentation.
- Document decisions and requests, and ensure items are tracked and managed appropriately.
- Ensure department teams are clear on daily delivery objectives.
- Ensure effective communication between teams and production.
- Communicate any schedule changes to appropriate stakeholders and escalate to Supervisor/Producers as needed.
- Monitor and control progress, issues and prepare reports if needed.
- Ensure work is being approved, completed on time and to specification.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Prior experience coordinating on an Animated series or feature.
- Experience with Flow Production Tracking (FKA Shotgrid/Shotgun).
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with a wide variety of personalities.
- Able to remain focused on the big picture without losing track of the details.
- Able to take direction and manage multiple priorities.
- Technically savvy and proficient.
- Prior experience coordinating on a 2D animated series or feature production is an asset.
- Currently legally eligible to work in Canada.
START DATE: February 2026
- Applicants must have resided within BC as of December 31, 2025 and be able to provide the appropriate supporting documents.
- All Atomic employees in this role have the opportunity to work remotely within BC, artists within Vancouver and the Lower Mainland can also choose hybrid and in-studio options.
