Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
• Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer needs with patience and courtesy
• Manage data entry tasks with high accuracy to update customer records and transaction details
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, processing orders, returns, or complaints
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
• Support client services by providing timely updates
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications to document interactions and generate reports

Experience

• Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred
• Bilingual candidates with proficiency in English and additional languages are highly desirable
• Familiarity with data entry, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic computer skills is essential
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.50 per week
