We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager with PT Bookkeeping responsibilites to join our team In this vital role, you will oversee daily office operations while managing financial records with precision and care. Company uses Quickbooks Desktop but we can train if never used. Your energetic approach will ensure the smooth functioning of administrative tasks, vendor relationships, and bookkeeping responsibilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead office management initiatives, coordinate events, and support team development—all while maintaining a positive, proactive environment that fosters growth and efficiency.
