The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key point of contact for homeowners exploring or transitioning to solar energy. Your role is to provide clear information, answer questions, schedule appointments, and ensure every customer feels informed and supported. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and being part of a mission-driven company.

What You'll Do

• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages from homeowners
• Answer questions about solar energy, installation timelines, and next steps
• Schedule and confirm appointments for customers and internal teams
• Update and maintain accurate customer records in our systems
• Help create a smooth, positive experience from first contact to project completion

What We're Looking For

• Customer service or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
• Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Friendly, patient, and dependable attitude
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
