Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various construction projects, ensuring worksites are safe and clean, and supporting the overall success of the construction team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
• Perform tasks involving physical labor on construction projects

• Operate hand and power tools

• Building ICCF walls

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the worksite
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
• Support skilled tradespeople as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in construction or related field is preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks
• Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team environment

• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus

• Must be able to communicate in English with other crew members

Successful candidates will undergo a 3-week trial period upon hiring.

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
