Manager, Business Development

Position Summary...This role is based full-time in Bentonville, Arkansas, and requires in-office presence. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving seller acquisition and onboarding efforts across Walmart's LATAM Marketplace. This role is pivotal in expanding our regional marketplace footprint, accelerating category growth, and cultivating strategic partnerships.

What you'll do...

• Own and manage a robust pipeline of marketplace sellers and brands
• Guide sellers through onboarding, including education on Walmart's Seller Center, item setup, shipping, and operational tools
• Drive sales and category expansion by identifying in-demand assortment and optimizing seller performance
• Build and maintain relationships with key external partners, including trade associations, vendors, and service providers
• Collaborate with sellers to define launch plans and initial sales strategies tailored to LATAM market particularly in Chile or Mexico
• Represent Walmart Marketplace at industry events and promote platform capabilities
