About

We are seeking a focused and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to efficiently input, manage, and maintain data in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have fast and accurate typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Your role will be essential in supporting data integrity and smooth organizational operations.Key Responsibilities:Accurately enter data from source documents into prescribed computer systemsReview data for accuracy, completeness, and consistencyIdentify and correct errors in data entries, and report discrepanciesMaintain and update data records across multiple platforms or databasesPerform regular backups and maintain digital filing systemsEnsure confidentiality and security of sensitive informationGenerate basic reports and assist with data collection as neededCommunicate with other departments to verify and gather necessary informationFollow company procedures and guidelines for data managementAssist in other administrative or clerical tasks as requiredQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plusProven experience as a data entry operator or similar roleFast and accurate typing skills (minimum (insert WPM speed if required))Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and WordExperience with data entry software, CRM systems, or databasesStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyGood organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and handle repetitive tasks efficientlyStrong verbal and written communication skillsWorking Conditions:remote working environmentExtended periods of computer use and typingMay require occasional overtime or deadline-oriented work
