HR Project Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the aerospace and technology sector, is seeking an HR Project Manager to join their team. As an HR Project Manager, you will be part of the HR Services Department supporting cross-functional teams involved in critical HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, adaptability, and collaboration skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:
$55-$60/hr DOE plus OT, Benefits

What's the Job?

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
• Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation and execution
• Deliver Oracle HCM projects on scope, on budget, and on time to support aerospace technology initiatives

What's Needed?

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR project management or related roles, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Strong project management skills including planning, organizing, and prioritizing
• Ability to influence and lead teams without direct authority, fostering collaboration and engagement
• Experience driving change and managing complex initiatives within HR systems and tools
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential and PII data securely
