Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project/Program Manager III to join our team. The successful candidate will manage multiple programs, focusing on coordinating and delivering subscriptions through third-party partners. You will take ownership of projects and be instrumental in driving them to successful completion.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and complete multiple projects and programs.
- Oversee all aspects of projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status for upper management.
- Lead and direct the work of others, using creativity and judgment to accomplish goals.
- Interact with developers and technical staff on a daily basis.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience writing for high-level executives.
- Familiarity with various concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
- Ability to work under high ambiguity and contribute to shaping and implementing strategies.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- PMP Certification or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
- Experience in mobile operations or tech industry is a bonus.
- Involvement in team activities beyond core responsibilities, such as volunteering or participating in affinity groups.
Work Environment
This role is based onsite in Seattle, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST with an estimate of 2 hours of OT weekly. The work environment promotes a 'people first' culture with high team tenure due to excellent team dynamics. Collaboration is key, though there is a mix of independent and team-based work. High interaction with developers and technical staff is expected. The position may involve potential extension or conversion.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $ $68.00/hr.
