Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring a smooth flow of food service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting culinary and hospitality teams. Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hotel environments is preferred but not required. Duties

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas as needed
• Support food preparation tasks such as basic chopping or assembling ingredients under supervision
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas throughout shifts
• Ensure proper handling and storage of all kitchenware to meet safety standards
• Collaborate with culinary and service staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service
• Follow health and safety guidelines related to food handling and sanitation standards

Skills

• Experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is advantageous
• Knowledge of food handling, cleaning procedures, and sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations including bussing, food preparation, and dishwashing techniques
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to support culinary staff and front-of-house teams
• Flexibility to adapt to various tasks such as serving or assisting with banquet setups when needed
• Good physical stamina for standing long periods and lifting heavy items safely
