Mortgage Processor 2

Position Summary: The Mortgage Loans Processor 2 processes mortgage loans intended for sale on the secondary market. This includes all processing steps from origination up until closing and includes a variety of loan types (Conventional, FHA, VA).

Essential Functions:

• Process mortgage loans intended for sale on the secondary market including Conventional, FHA, VA, NIFA and other special programs as needed. This includes all processing steps from origination up until closing.

• Review file for accuracy, analyze documentation, pre-underwrite loan file and submit to underwriting.

• Coordinate loan process while working closely with all parties involved in transaction (originator, underwriter, closer, etc).

• Manage a production pipeline and clearly communicate and accurately update the status of each loan.

• Review and clear all underwriting conditions prior to closing.

• Resolve all items identified in pre/post-closing reviews.

• Anticipate all requirements of the loan cycle from beginning to end.

• Ensure all transactions meet compliance
