Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team at Coabana Cocktails in CItyscape, Downtown Phoenix.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for cocktails and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for pouring beer and wine, crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through our Toast system.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
