About

Responsibilities
A family-focused, evidence-driven therapy provider is hiring a Videographer/Editor who can bring stories to life across multiple brands and industries. This is an end-to-end creative production role where you'll film, edit, and produce a high volume of short-form and long-form content that fuels marketing, brand storytelling, and social engagement. You'll work directly with the CEO to plan concepts, shoot on-site, and deliver polished final videos that elevate each brand's presence. They're looking for a self-starting creative who thrives in a laid-back, startup->Videographer / Editor Responsibilities:

  • Film, edit, and produce high-quality video content for marketing, branding, and social media
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO to brainstorm ideas, storyboard concepts, and plan shoots
  • Manage all aspects of production: shooting, lighting, audio, editing, color, and delivery
  • Organize footage, build timelines, create cuts, and refine final assets
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual >Stay current on social media trends and best practices for video engagement
  • Capture content at local shoot locations as needed

Videographer / Editor Requirements

  • 2 - 3+ years of hands-on videography and editing experience – will consider 1 year with a strong portfolio
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both short-form and long-form work
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Experience with Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve
  • Comfortable being a one-person production team
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound, and visual quality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Self-starter who works well with minimal direction
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage deadlines independently
  • Comfortable collaborating directly with leadership
  • Creative eye with strong attention to detail
