Project Superintendent

Overview: Provide field supervision and management to ensure minimal disruption to our client's staff and residents, that we deliver a high-quality product for a reasonable cost, and that the project is completed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision of all CCS employees, external subcontractors, and vendors
• Implement and maintain project schedule(s)
• Monitor quality control of products and their installation
• Enforce company Safety Policy and Personnel Manual, OSHA requirements, and owner requirements
• Daily and periodic record keeping:
• Daily job report with detail (weather, contractors, manpower, visitors, deliveries, unusual events, work in progress, completed work, etc.)
• Safety reporting
• Labor time sheets * Communicate to and work directly with Project Manager

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 – 5 years of related work experience
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to independently and quickly solve problems
• Ability to manage people and build relationships that demonstrate respect
• Knowledge of material cost and ability to manage costs on each job
