Asphalt Paving Machine Operator/roller operator

Overview
We are seeking experienced Asphalt Paving Machine Operators, Roller Operators, and Laborers to join our construction team. This role involves operating heavy equipment and performing various tasks related to asphalt paving and work on commercial and residential projects. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in construction site operations, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a dynamic environment. 100% employee owned company

Duties

• Operate asphalt paving machines, rollers, loaders, excavators, and dump trucks to ensure precise paving and compaction of asphalt surfaces.
• Maintain safe operation of all equipment by conducting regular inspections and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• Assist with site preparation, including grading, excavation, and material handling using commercial vehicles.
• Follow project specifications and safety protocols to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to deadlines

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as asphalt pavers, rollers, excavators, loaders, and dump trucks.
• Construction site experience with a focus on asphalt paving
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or valid commercial vehicle operation experience is a plus but willing to train
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for demanding tasks.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
