Responsibilities- Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing emails.
- Coordinate and assist with project management, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain and organize digital files and records for easy access and retrieval.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as necessary.
- Assist with bookkeeping and invoicing tasks to support financial operations.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members effectively via phone and email.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on various digital tools and platforms.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with project management software and online collaboration tools.
