Vacancy Details Duration: Permanent
Location: This role is based in The Quadrant: MK, you must live within 90 minutes.
This role is a full‑time opportunity, flexible working patterns will be considered.
Band & Salary: Band 5, Salary £30,000 circa

About The Role You’ll be part of a passionate and collaborative Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) team that is committed to creating a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace. The team works proactively to support the business through data‑led insights, practical solutions, and strong partnerships. What does the average day look like? As a SHE Data Analyst, your day will involve working with safety, health, and environmental data. You’ll review and analyse key information, help develop performance measures, and create reports that support better decision‑making. You’ll also check the accuracy of data, respond to queries, and help with projects by tracking progress and keeping records up to date. Each day is varied, with opportunities to make a real difference and support a safer, more sustainable workplace.
Who are we looking for? We’re looking for someone with strong communication and analytical skills, who can present information clearly and appropriately. You’ll need solid IT skills and experience working with data from multiple sources, including databases. A background in providing great customer service is important, and you should be qualified to at least HND/HNC level or have equivalent relevant experience. It would be great if you also have a degree and/or are a member of a relevant professional body, but this isn’t essential. Most of all, we’re looking for someone proactive, detail‑focused, and ready to make a positive impact.
Essential Criteria
Good communication and analytical skills, with proven ability to present information effectively and appropriately.
Good general IT skills.
Experience of extracting information and reporting from multiple sources, including databases.
Experience of dealing with customers effectively.
Educated to HND/HNC or equivalent relevant work experience.
