Salary: Up to £49,000, based on your experience.
What You’ll Be DoingAs a Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our electrical engineering standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining site standards and technical requirements for electrical engineering.
- Conducting reviews and assessments of design proposals.
- Producing comprehensive technical documentation and reports.
- Contributing to problem-solving and addressing engineering issues.
- Supporting the site engineering team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Essential:
- Experience in electrical, control, or instrumentation engineering roles.
- Proven track record in an industrial engineering environment, with knowledge of applicable electrical installation standards.
Desirable:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (e.g., HND with relevant experience).
- Knowledge of CG Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671:2022.
- Certification in CG 2396 Design, Erection, and Verification of Electrical Installations.
- Membership in a relevant engineering institute (e.g., IET).

About the Site Specialist Engineering Electrical TeamOur team provides specialized support in electrical standards across various disciplines. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow in areas such as LV, HV, C&I, and Communications. Each day brings new challenges, allowing you to innovate and solve problems.
