The Navadian CHALLENGE :

• Plan digital projects according to available budgets, timelines, and resources

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (IT, innovation, operations, suppliers)

• Organize and lead follow-up meetings, and manage risks and changes

• Track project progress and document variances in project management tools (e.g. Monday.com)

• Prepare progress reports and performance indicators for steering committees

• Gather and analyze business needs, and oversee implementation and deployment phases

• Coordinate training, post-implementation support, and adoption follow-up

• Identify and implement continuous improvements to processes and tools

You profile:

• University degree in project management, information technology, engineering, or any related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing digital projects

• Proven consistency, analytical approach and collaborative leadership
