You will be responsible for picking items from shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. Your efficiency and accuracy directly impact customer satisfaction and the success of our Logistics operations. We are dedicated to providing a safe working environment and mandate the use of all required PPE , along with comprehensive training on warehouse Safety procedures. This position requires physical dexterity, stamina for prolonged periods of standing and walking, and the ability to handle frequent Lifting of packages up to 40 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently according to company standards.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and fulfillment area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and properly use all required PPE .
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity goals.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or pick-pack role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics .
- Willingness to follow Safety guidelines and wear PPE .
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
