We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker to become a key member of our Des Moines, Iowa operations. This position is critical for the efficient functioning of our logistics and distribution center. You will be involved in various warehouse activities, including unloading and stocking merchandise, picking and packing orders accurately, and assisting with shipping preparations. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to all Safety regulations, and utilizing provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are non-negotiable aspects of this role. This job requires physical stamina, with tasks involving substantial Lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, have a strong commitment to teamwork, and are eager to contribute to a positive work environment. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
