We are looking for an energetic Order Picker to join our team at our Provo, Utah facility. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and staging orders for shipment, playing a vital part in our logistics operations. Your primary duties will involve reading pick lists or order forms and locating the specified items within the warehouse. Attention to detail is paramount to ensure that customers receive the correct products. You will use equipment such as pallet jacks or order pickers to retrieve items from various shelving levels. Maintaining a safe work area and adhering to all safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE, is a top priority. This position demands physical stamina and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You'll be instrumental in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Stage picked items in the designated packing or shipping areas.
- Verify picked items against order forms to ensure accuracy.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks and order pickers safely.
- Maintain awareness of surroundings to prevent accidents and ensure Safety.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and clean warehouse environment.
- Report any damaged or misplaced items to a supervisor.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting and bending.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and understand order forms and labels.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation.
- Commitment to following Safety guidelines and procedures.
